Just wanted to share the great experience with customer service I had with Acme Stove's Mike Taylor and son Justin. I was having trouble with my gas fireplace over many months and needed to hire a technician close to my fireplace location. The issues were never resolved. So, I shared with Mike my frustration with such poor service and he and his came to the rescue! My fireplace works!! Thank you Mike and Justin for going the extra long mile to get my fabulous fireplace working as it should be!
